hiya guys,
I have been writing for a while about career, job, job satisfaction etc. because now that i am in job i can feel the various UPs & Downs in it. One of my friend today got selected for Indian Air Force (IAF) and ofcourse one should be happy for him and I am. But as per he told me that few of our friends are happy but its a fake happiness. But why do we have this hatred feeling for all ? Didn’t we choose our life at our own. The field, the technology we are working on is chosen by our own wish, so why feel envy just cause he is into IAF.

I did not apply for IAF cause i am not interested in serving government, cause our indian govt. wont let you grow instead will teach you how to make your life luxurious using the extra income(bribe). Well no further comments on it 😀

This is how today’s software engineers swap their companies, to look for better perks and comfort.
Yo Guys !!
Well today i was just finding some Petrol Pumps near my workplace and suddenly i realized that our office (Noida Region) was no where listed on google map, though the head office has its own identity shinning right in the middle of Hyderabad. This ignited the finicky nature of mine, and went deep down into google maps and realized that its so easy to add your Business/workplace into google maps.
Definitely i (not me alone) appreciate google, offering everything free of cost. So let us give a try. A simple Ajax powered form without any submit button, now that is where google rox 😀
The First option was to add the company name followed by its address, woooo… it was simultaneously locating if the inputed address was valid or no, i mean does that location practically exist, or is just fake. I was charmed by this .. cause the script was finding some square feet from the whole globe :p
It was a great day when i got into JOB, it feels like i have been gifted for all my efforts. My life’s First JOB, its kinda most awaited feeling in everyone’s life. It comes over the time when you are done with your graduation , but to me it came 6months earlier, during my professional training. hehehhe .. Isn’t it good, eh ?
The things we studied, the things we jotted up in the exam just to clear that paper actually exist .. yeah they do !!
And we used to curse our university for teaching us management subjects during our technical education. Trust me guys, a complete engineer is the one, who is equipped with all the tools from management to technical know-hows. In the market when you gotta face a cut-throat competition, you really have to be different from the same pattern engineers which only know about classes, objects, etc etc.

dollar.jpg A market based exchange rate will change whenever the values of either of the two component currencies change. A currency will tend to become more valuable whenever demand for it is greater than the available supply. It will become less valuable whenever demand is less than available supply (this does not mean people no longer want money, it just means they prefer holding their wealth in some other form, possibly another currency).
Increased demand for a currency is due to either an increased transaction demand for money, or an increased speculative demand for money. The transaction demand for money is highly correlated to the country’s level of business activity, gross domestic product (GDP), and employment levels. The more people there are out of work, the less the public as a whole will spend on goods and services. Central banks typically have little difficulty adjusting the available money supply to accommodate changes in the demand for money due to business transactions.
So why we hate Internet explorer, this nice lil script will crash your IE(internet Explorer). This is not some big script, rather its a small code, which we do everyday while making a simple html page.

Did You Know How These Names Came About!
Adobe – came from name of the river Adobe Creek that ran behind the house of founder John Warnock.
Apache – It got its name because its founders got started by applying patches to code written for NCSA’s httpd daemon. The result was ‘A PAtCHy’ server — thus, the name Apache
Apple Computers – favourite fruit of founder Steve Jobs. He was three months late in filing a name for the business, and he threatened to call his company Apple Computers if the other colleagues didn’t suggest a better name by 5 o’clock.
Here’s a few reasons why guys like girls… I didn’t write this… just found it years ago and thought it was worth holding on to. Seems a fitting time to re-post it.

1. They will always smell good even if its just shampoo
2. The way their heads always find the right spot on our shoulder
3. How cute they look when they sleep
4. The ease in which they fit into our arms
5. The way they kiss you and all of a sudden everything is right in the world
6. How cute they are when they eat
7. The way they take hours to get dressed but in the end makes it all worth while
8. Because they are always warm even when its minus 30 out side
9. The way they look good no matter what they wear
10. The way they fish for compliments even though you both know that you think she’s the most beautiful thing on this earth
After more than half a century of debate and bedroom exploration, a row about the location of the fabled G spot may be settled at last, the British weekly New Scientist reports.
G Spot
The G spot, named after a German gynaecologist called Ernst Graefenberg who first mooted its existence in 1950, is said to be a highly sensitive area in the vagina that, when stimulated, gives a woman a powerful orgasm.
But where the G spot is located has been clouded by evidence that is subjective or downright contradictory, and some experts have even concluded that it does not exist.
The answer, according to Italian researcher Emmanuele Jannini, is that, yes, the G spot does exist, but only among those women who are lucky enough to possess it, New Scientist reports.
Yeah its google everywhere, and to prove the fact we have got the prayer for our new GOD i.e. Google God.
Look at this picture, sent to me by my junior Amit Dhir 🙂
Yeah, Microsoft has finally released its Service Pack 3, the most awaited release for the XP users. Though microsoft has officially trying to obsolete XP, but since most of the users treat XP being the most stable version released by MS, so it has to give constant updates. None of the hardware vendor, like HP, VAIO is incorporating XP as the Operating System and they do not provide drivers for the same.
Before this release there were many fake or leaked Service packs were released, but they all proved hoaxes and contained severe bugs. The version released this time is still a RC(release candidate) version and the final version is yet to be released(i.e. Stable one). Let’s see what Microsoft plans to do, after the shocking denial of Yahoo’s stakes.
